We are a local, small scale artisan bakery utilizing old world techniques to produce lovingly hancrafted bread.
We pride ourselves on sourcing all of our ingredients from within a 100 mile radius. From our organic flours to our harvested sea salt, we work with local farmers and purveyors to showcase the best the region has to offer while strengthening our community.
Growing up baking in his Grandmother's kitchen is where Chef Brad found his love of baking bread. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, Brad spent the next five years working around Scandanavia. During his time in Sweden, Norway,and Denmark, Brad honed his craft and adopted a strong appreciation for seasonal, fresh, and organic ingredients.
